Project Manager

Jon has been a project manager with Faith Floors for 10+ years. He assists with scheduling, ordering materials, estimating, sales, and acts as a general contractor for installations. Before joining our team, Jon worked in mortgage servicing around the Dallas area. He graduated from Hardin-Simmons University and is an outdoorsman who enjoys camping and hunting.

Abbie’s job at Faith Floors is to work with you to make material selections for your project, assist with pricing, and to coordinate schedules. Based on your personal style, budget, and lifestyle, she will work with you to create your perfect space. Abbie has lived in College Station for 7 years where she is raising three beautiful children with her partner, Grant. She loves true crime, Big Red, and trying out new recipes at home.

Dakota started as a contractor for Faith Floors and More in 2020. He since has become an integral member of the team working as a Job Superintendent and Field Crew Supervisor. Dakota is a New Mexican by birth, but a Texan by choice. He’s a family man with three children and an avid animal lover who owns multiple snakes, a lizard, and two dogs.

Gilbert is part of the field crew at Faith Floors. He is responsible for a variety of manual labor projects around our showroom, warehouse, and off-site. You might see him assisting Dakota with demolition, cleanup, or various handyman duties. He has three grown children and lives in Caldwell with his chunky, 12-year-old Chihuahua, Rudy.
