Jon Cook
Project Manager

Jon has been an essential part of the Faith Floors and More team for more than 10 years, bringing extensive experience and industry knowledge to his role as Project Manager. He works with customers throughout every stage of their project, assisting with estimating, coordinating schedules, and overseeing installations from start to finish. Jon also manages jobsite logistics and works closely with installers and subcontractors to ensure each project stays on track and meets our standards for quality. His years of hands-on experience, attention to detail, and ability to manage the many moving parts of a project make him a trusted resource for both our customers and our team.
Jon graduated from Hardin-Simmons University and is an outdoorsman who enjoys camping and hunting.

Abbie Winchester
Office Manager

Abbie oversees the financial, operational, and design aspects of Faith Floors & More, helping guide projects from initial concept and material selections through pricing, purchasing, and completion. She works closely with clients to develop cohesive material selections based on their personal style and budget while managing the operational details necessary to bring each project to life. She balances aesthetics, functionality, and budget!
Abbie has lived in College Station for 7 years where she is raising three beautiful children with her partner, Grant. She loves true crime, Big Red, and trying out new recipes at home.

Dakota Stump

Dakota manages day-to-day activity in the field and helps ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. With hands-on industry experience and a strong understanding of the installation process, Dakota works closely with our crews to coordinate jobsite operations, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving on schedule. His reliability, practical knowledge, and commitment to quality workmanship make him an invaluable part of the Faith Floors and More team.
Dakota is a New Mexican by birth, but a Texan by choice. He’s a family man with three children and an avid animal lover who owns multiple snakes, a lizard, and two dogs.

Gilbert Peyton
Field Operations

Gilbert is a valued member of the Faith Floors and More field crew, providing hands-on support both on the jobsite and behind the scenes. His role takes him throughout our showroom, warehouse, and project sites, where he assists with demolition, jobsite preparation and cleanup, material handling, and a variety of general maintenance and handyman tasks. Working closely with our entire team, Gilbert is always willing to step in wherever an extra set of hands is needed. His versatility, dependable work ethic, and willingness to tackle a wide range of tasks help keep our projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
He has three grown children and lives in Caldwell with his chunky, 12-year-old Chihuahua, Rudy.
