Used them for supplies on four bathroom remodels. Beat prices on tile, granite and plumbing pieces. Got prices from four top-rated flooring supply/installers for vinyl planking and carpet. They beat Home Depot and other private companies on total bid. Worked with wife several days to find the LVT the wife wanted in color and look. Went upstairs to look at some stock that was not on the floor to find the perfect choice. We picked a carpet they keep in stock which enabled them to lower price. The sub contractor that installed planks and carpet was excellent. Very motivated to cut and install every nook and cranny. Cleaned up each day. Moved furniture as needed. There was a person from the store that checked progress every day. Very happy with professionalism of everyone. Recommend anyone doing a remodel or upgrade flooring to give them a chance to bid on it.

It was a pleasure working with Jim and his team on our renovation project. We needed wood and carpet replacement for the whole house and bathroom flooring and new bathtubs and sink countertops installations.
We liked how Jim and his team were honest with us upfront about everything, like how much time it will take and how much extra we may need to pay for extra work. They didn't overpromise and underdeliver, an experience we had with another contractor for another project. Jim communicated with us very well throughout the project, and he was personally following up with his team consistently. There were no surprises throughout the whole project.
Faith Floors was flexible and accepted some extra work we asked for, like new base trims, and reasonably charged for them.
In addition, Jim's team, especially Victoria, worked hard with us for many hours before the project started to make sure we picked material that we would love (like wood, carpet, tiles, fixtures, design, niches, etc.).
We are happy with Faith Floors and would use them for future projects.
